IV-Station

The Interactive Visualization Station (IV-Station) is a low-cost portable virtual reality display system built from commericial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components, running open-source virtual reality, and visualization software. The system features stereoscopic display with head and hand position tracking to allow users to naturally interact with a virtual world. The system is designed for a variety of application areas including medical and scientific visualization, building information management (BIM), and artistic endeavors.
